Refund/Cancellation Policy

At PLAN MY Asset, we aim to provide our clients with a smooth and reliable experience in their real estate dealings. However, due to the nature of real estate transactions, the following refund and cancellation policy applies:

 

  1. Cancellation of Services
  • If you wish to cancel any real estate service (e.g., property viewing, consultation, or legal services), we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Non-refundable Fees: Fees paid for property consultations, viewing, or other similar services are generally non-refundable, as these services are scheduled and require dedicated resources.
  • Refunds for Payments Made for Property Transactions:
    If a property transaction (e.g., booking deposit or advance) is canceled, refunds may be issued, subject to the following conditions:
    • The refund request must be made before the agreement signing or within 7 days of payment (whichever is earlier).
    • Cancellation of the transaction due to seller or builder fault may entitle you to a full refund, minus any non-refundable service fees.
    • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval, but timelines may vary depending on the payment method.
  1. Refund Process
  • If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned through the same payment method used during the original transaction (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, or online payment).
  1. Exemptions
  • Refunds will not be processed for any of the following reasons:
    • The property transaction has been successfully completed or processed.
    • The service was provided as per the terms of the agreement and was not cancelled in time.
  1. Disputes Regarding Refunds
  • Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Please contact our support team for resolution.
